Viewer ID Card Widget | Twitch Check-In, XP & Level Overlay

A viewer types !checkin in your chat. A glowing portal opens at the bottom of the screen and a holographic ID card rises out of it — their real avatar, their username, their level, their XP bar and their rank. It hovers while decoration drifts around it, then sinks back as the portal closes.

Come back tomorrow and the card remembers. Progress never resets.

Why you'll love it

• Nothing is lost. Every profile is saved continuously and exports to a single JSON file you can import on another PC or move between OBS and StreamElements.

The progression

Viewers earn XP for checking in, sending love, lurking, saying hi, hyping, giving props and hugging each other. That XP drives levels, ranks, daily or per-stream streaks, badge unlocks, titles, frames, colours and an optional points shop — ending in prestige at max level. Crossing a threshold plays a level-up, rank-up, unlock or prestige celebration on the card itself.

You control the curve: linear or exponential levelling, XP per action, sub and VIP multipliers, first-of-stream and streak bonuses, per-command cooldowns and caps, plus Double-XP and Happy-Hour events you can fire from chat or the panel.

Six themes, not six palettes

Each one restyles the card, the portal, the decoration and the backdrop together:

• Enchanted · Rose Quartz — rose-gold holo, blush and lilac, a soft light-pool portal, petals and sparkles.
• Celestial · Starlight — deep plum and silver, a magic-circle portal, constellation backdrop.
• Cyber · Holo-Tech — neon holo, a digital-rift portal, HUD-grid backdrop, data motes.
• Cozy · Storybook — warm paper and gold, a gentle portal, charm decoration.
• Arcade — bright candy-chrome, pixel grid, coin and star pops.
• Minimal Luxe — clean and understated, a subtle light-seam portal.

Five portal styles (light pool, rift, magic circle, liquid, digital) and full per-element colour and gradient control on top.

When idle, a small panel rotates through the commands so viewers always know how to join in.

Compatibility — stated plainly

• OBS Studio or any browser source — one local file at 1920 × 1080, settings from the on-screen gear. No code editing.
• StreamElements — four files pasted into a Custom Widget, then 57 settings in the Fields panel. Both builds come from one source, so they behave identically.
• Twitch only. A browser overlay cannot reliably read Kick or YouTube chat, so those need an optional bot or relay rather than being promised here.
• !lurk is a typed command, not watch-time detection. True watch-time isn't available token-free, so lurking awards a bonus when the viewer types it. No invented presence data.
• This is ASCEND's own progression, not Twitch Channel Points and not Twitch's built-in levels. Shop redemptions are logged for you to fulfil.

What's included

A twelve-folder package, numbered in the order you need it: widget files, quick install, OBS Studio setup, StreamElements setup, Streamlabs Desktop setup, artwork assets, audio, fonts, customisation notes, a full widget tutorial, troubleshooting, and backup copies. Version 1.4.3.

Setup

1. Add a Browser Source in OBS, tick Local file and choose index.html.
2. Set the size to 1920 × 1080 at 60 FPS, and leave Shutdown source when not visible unticked so progress keeps running.
3. Click the gear, type your Twitch channel name, press Connect.

This is a digital download. Nothing is shipped — you receive the complete widget package as a ZIP after purchase.

Important notes

One widget, not a bundle. Requires OBS Studio, Streamlabs Desktop or StreamElements to display. The widget reads chat only and never posts to it. Nothing here can be exchanged for anything of value, and no outcome is left to chance.
