Setup support. Tell us the product name, which software you are using (OBS, Streamlabs or StreamElements), and what is happening. A screenshot helps a lot. Most issues are covered in the setup guide and the widget install page.
Order problems. Include your order number. If a download did not arrive or a file will not open, we will fix it or refund it.
Custom orders. Describe the aesthetic you want, your channel name and the platform you stream on. We will reply with pricing and turnaround.
Licensing. What you may and may not do with a purchase is set out in our terms of service. Ask us if anything is unclear.
