STREAMOS privacy notice

STREAMOS is a Twitch Extension by ViperVex. This page says exactly what it stores, why, and how to have it removed. Last updated 20 September 2026.

The short version

• STREAMOS stores what a channel puts into it: plans, segments, tasks, requests, ideas, goals, notes and moments.
• For viewers it stores an opaque Twitch identifier, and a Twitch account id only when the viewer chose to share their identity in order to send a request.
• There are no advertising trackers, no analytics services, no cookies, and nothing is sold or shared with anyone.

What is stored, and why

Data	Why	Kept
Channel id	To keep one channel's STREAMOS separate from every other.	Until the channel removes the extension and asks for deletion.
What the streamer creates: plans, segments, tasks, goals, ideas, notes, moments, session summaries	It is the product. Without it there is nothing to show.	Until deleted in STREAMOS, or on request.
Viewer requests and supports: the text written, the category, the time	So the streamer can review them and so viewers can see what was approved.	Until deleted by the channel, or on request.
An opaque viewer identifier, hashed with a server-side key	To apply per-viewer limits (cooldowns, one support per request) and to let a streamer block someone who is abusing the panel.	While the related request or block exists.
Twitch account id and display name of a viewer who shared their identity	Twitch requires the submitter of a request to be identifiable to the streamer and, once approved, visible with the request (guideline 7.3).	With the request.
Short technical logs (time, route, status, error)	To find and fix faults.	A few days.

What is never stored

• Your Twitch password, email address or payment details. STREAMOS never sees them.
• Chat messages, viewer counts, follows, subscriptions or any other Twitch statistic.
• Anything at all about a viewer who only reads the panel and does not take part.

Identity sharing

A viewer is asked to share their Twitch identity only when they try to send a request, and the panel says so before they do. Sharing can be withdrawn at any time in Twitch's own extension permissions; STREAMOS then sees only the opaque identifier again. A request already approved keeps the name it was approved under, because the streamer and the rest of the community saw it.

Where it runs

STREAMOS runs on Cloudflare Workers, with each channel's data in its own database. Traffic to and from the panel is encrypted in transit. Access to the production environment is limited to ViperVex.

Removing your data

A streamer can delete individual records inside STREAMOS at any time, and can export everything first from Settings → Your data. To have a whole channel erased, email info@vipervex.com from the address associated with the channel, or from the channel's Twitch account, naming the channel. Erasure is completed within 30 days.

A viewer who wants their own requests removed can ask the streamer, or email info@vipervex.com with their Twitch username and the channel concerned.

Children

STREAMOS is not directed at children under 13, in line with Twitch's own terms.

Changes

If this notice changes in a way that affects what is stored, the date at the top changes and the new version replaces this page.
