STREAMVERSE Terms of Service

Effective September 16, 2026. These terms apply to STREAMVERSE, a Twitch extension made by ViperVex ("we"), and the service behind it. By installing or using STREAMVERSE you agree to them.

1. What STREAMVERSE is

A Twitch panel extension with a community pet, quests, a journey, goals, votes, events and viewer profiles. It runs inside Twitch and depends on Twitch and on the STREAMVERSE service.

2. Twitch's rules come first

You must follow Twitch's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using STREAMVERSE. If these terms conflict with Twitch's, Twitch's apply.

3. Streamers

  • You are responsible for the text you enter (quest titles, milestones, profile text, vote questions) and must not use it for anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual or misleading.
  • Do not use STREAMVERSE to run gambling, betting, sweepstakes or paid giveaways. STREAMVERSE has no purchases and no random rewards, and must not be presented as having them.
  • Access to STREAMVERSE may be personal to your channel. Do not share, resell or transfer it unless ViperVex allows it.

4. Viewers

Use STREAMVERSE as intended. Do not automate actions, abuse rate limits, or try to access other viewers' or channels' data. Rewards, levels and collectibles have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.

5. Our content

STREAMVERSE, its pet artwork, themes and text are owned by ViperVex. Streamers may show STREAMVERSE on their channel and use its screenshots and artwork to promote their own channel. Nothing else is licensed.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep STREAMVERSE available but cannot promise it will always be online or error-free. We may update, change or retire features. If STREAMVERSE is retired, we will give reasonable notice where we can.

7. Suspension

We may suspend STREAMVERSE on a channel, or remove content, that breaks these terms or Twitch's rules.

8. Disclaimer and liability

STREAMVERSE is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, ViperVex is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of progress or data, arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

9. Privacy

How data is handled is described in the STREAMVERSE Privacy Policy.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the new version will be published at this address with a new effective date. Questions: contact ViperVex using the support email shown on the STREAMVERSE extension page on Twitch.
