VIPERVEX PASSPORT Terms of Use

Effective October 4, 2026. Operated by ViperVex ("we"). Contact: info@vipervex.com.

These terms apply to VIPERVEX PASSPORT, a Twitch Extension made by ViperVex, and the service behind it. By installing or using it you agree to them. If they conflict with Twitch's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, Twitch's apply.

Inside the extension

VIPERVEX PASSPORT is a Twitch Extension. Stamps, XP, levels, streaks, titles and collection items have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold or exchanged, and are never awarded by chance. They exist only inside the extension on the channel where they were earned.

Progress is calculated by our service. We may correct progress that results from errors or abuse, and broadcasters may switch features off, end seasons or erase their channel's data.

The free version and the full version

Every Twitch channel may install VIPERVEX PASSPORT and use the free version at no cost: the daily page, streaks, levels and the core stamps, in the Ember Passport theme.

The full version adds quests, the journey map, the community journey, live minutes and waypoints, leaderboards, seasons, achievements, titles, the secret archive, over 80 stamps and all four themes. It is a one-time payment at the price shown in the store when you buy, bought from ViperVex outside Twitch. There is no subscription.

One purchase activates one Twitch channel, named by you at checkout. The licence is tied to that Twitch account, so it survives a channel rename. It is personal to your channel and is not transferable or resellable; ask us if you need it moved.

Activation is done by hand, normally within 24 hours of your order. Until then the channel runs the free version; when we activate it, the full version appears by itself within moments and nothing your viewers earned is lost.

"Lifetime" means for as long as we offer VIPERVEX PASSPORT and Twitch continues to support extensions. It is not a promise that Twitch, or any third party we depend on, will exist forever.

Nothing is ever sold inside the extension itself: no Bits, no Twitch purchase flow, and viewers are never shown a price, a purchase link or any mention of the paid version.

Payment and refunds

Payment is handled by the store you buy from. We never see or store your card details. The free version is the same extension with fewer features, so you can see how it works on your channel before buying.

If the full version does not work on your channel and we cannot fix it, tell us within 30 days of your order and we will refund you in full. We may also refund at our discretion in other cases. If a refund or chargeback is made, the full version is switched off on that channel: it drops back to the free version and nothing is deleted.

Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content, that right applies and nothing here limits it.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it available but cannot promise it will always be online or error-free; we may change or retire features, and will give reasonable notice where we can. To the extent the law allows, ViperVex is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited. We will not sell your data.
