Your overlay stays completely empty. On a viewer's birthday it fills the
screen — their avatar, their name, real confetti physics, and a party that
lasts exactly as long as you set (1–60 seconds). Then it disappears again.

✨ THE HEADLINE FEATURE — CHAT BUILDS THE PARTY
The celebration isn't a fixed animation. A meter wraps the viewer's avatar
and fills as chat reacts. Enough people join in and the cannons fire an
encore. A quiet chat gets a lovely moment; a loud one gets a spectacle —
