STREAMHQ Terms of Service

STREAMHQ by ViperVex

Effective September 21, 2026. These terms apply to STREAMHQ, a Twitch extension made by ViperVex ("we"), and the service behind it. By installing or using STREAMHQ you agree to them.

1. What STREAMHQ is

A Twitch extension that gives a channel one interactive hub: the streamer's profile, schedule, questions and answers, rules and more, in a panel, on phones and in a pop-out. It runs inside Twitch and depends on Twitch and on the STREAMHQ service.

2. Twitch's rules come first

You must follow Twitch's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using STREAMHQ. If these terms conflict with Twitch's, Twitch's apply.

3. Streamers

What you write stays yours. You give us only what we need to run the service: permission to store it and to show it to viewers of your channel. You are responsible for what you publish: that you have the right to publish it, and that it is not unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual or misleading. We do not review content before it appears.

You can download everything your hub holds, and delete all of it, at any time from the configuration page (Backup).

A licence for the full version is personal to your channel. Do not share, resell or transfer it unless ViperVex allows it.

4. The free version and the full version

Every Twitch channel may install STREAMHQ and use the free version at no cost: Home, About, Schedule, FAQ, Rules, chat-command documentation, search, live messages and analytics, in the Creator Pro theme.

The full version adds Games, Goals, Setup, Journey, Achievements, News, Community, your own custom pages and all four themes. It is a one-time payment, at the price shown in the store when you buy, and it is bought from ViperVex outside Twitch. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

One purchase activates one Twitch channel, named by you at checkout. The licence is tied to that Twitch account, so it survives a channel rename. It is not transferable or resellable; ask us if you need it moved.

Activation is done by hand, normally within 24 hours of your order. Until then the channel runs the free version; when we activate it the full version appears by itself within a moment, and nothing you already made is lost.

"Lifetime" means for as long as we offer STREAMHQ and Twitch continues to support extensions. It is not a promise that Twitch, or any third party we depend on, will exist forever. See section 8.

Nothing is ever sold inside the extension itself: no Bits, no Twitch purchase flow, and your viewers are never shown a price, a purchase link or any mention of the paid version.

5. Payment, refunds and cancellation

Payment is handled by the store you buy from (our own shop, or a marketplace such as Etsy). We never see or store your card details.

Because this is a digital product delivered by activation, please check the description and the free version first: the free version is the same extension with fewer sections, so you can see how it works on your channel before buying.

If the full version does not work on your channel and we cannot fix it, tell us within 30 days of your order and we will refund you in full. We may also refund at our discretion in other cases.

If a refund or chargeback is made, the full version is switched off on that channel. Nothing is deleted: the channel drops back to the free version, and what you made for the full version stays saved.

Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content, that right applies and nothing here limits it.

6. Viewers

Use STREAMHQ as intended. Do not automate requests, abuse rate limits, or try to reach another channel's data.

7. Our content

STREAMHQ, its themes, design and text are owned by ViperVex. Streamers may show STREAMHQ on their channel and use its screenshots to promote their own channel. Nothing else is licensed.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep STREAMHQ available but cannot promise it will always be online or error-free. We may update, change or retire features. If STREAMHQ is retired, we will give reasonable notice where we can, so you can download your content.

9. Suspension

We may suspend STREAMHQ on a channel, or remove content, that breaks these terms or Twitch's rules, and will say why.

10. Disclaimer and liability

STREAMHQ is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, ViperVex is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for lost viewers or revenue, or for content a streamer published. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

11. Privacy

How data is handled is described in the STREAMHQ Privacy Policy.

12. Changes and contact
