STREAMOS licence terms

STREAMOS is a Twitch Extension by ViperVex. These are the terms for using it. Last updated 20 September 2026.

1. The free version and the full version

STREAMOS has a free version that every channel may use for as long as the extension exists: the stream plan, segments, live control, tasks, notes, the channel's own stream records, and the viewer panel that follows along. The full version adds community requests, goals and milestones, the idea vault, moments and community memory, announcements, moderator permissions, export, and three further themes.

The full version is licensed per Twitch channel, for a single one-time payment, and is activated by ViperVex on the channel you name when you buy it. Nothing is ever sold inside the extension: there are no Bits, no Twitch purchase flow, and your viewers never see a price or a link.

2. "Lifetime", honestly

One payment, no subscription, no renewal. The licence belongs to the Twitch account, so it keeps working if you rename your channel. "Lifetime" means for as long as ViperVex offers STREAMOS and Twitch keeps running extensions. If STREAMOS is ever withdrawn, you will be told in advance and will be able to export your data.

3. One channel

A licence covers one Twitch channel. Do not share, resell or transfer it to another channel unless ViperVex agrees in writing. If you move to a different Twitch account, email info@vipervex.com and it will be moved for you.

4. What you are responsible for

• What you and your moderators publish through STREAMOS, including which viewer requests you approve.
• Following Twitch's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines on your channel.
• Keeping your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. Export is in Settings → Your data.

5. What ViperVex is responsible for

Running the service with reasonable care, keeping your channel's data separate from every other channel's, and telling you if something serious goes wrong. STREAMOS is provided as it is: there is no guarantee that it will be free of faults or available without interruption, and ViperVex is not liable for lost viewers, lost income or other indirect losses arising from its use.

6. Refunds

If the full version cannot be made to work on your channel, email info@vipervex.com within 30 days of buying it and you will be refunded. Where you bought through a marketplace, that marketplace's own policy applies as well.

7. Suspension

A licence may be withdrawn, with a refund of the amount paid, if STREAMOS is used to break Twitch's rules or the law, or to attack the service.

8. Changes

These terms can change; the date at the top changes with them, and continued use of STREAMOS means the new terms apply. Changes never retroactively remove a feature you paid for without notice.

9. Not affiliated with Twitch

STREAMOS is made by ViperVex. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Twitch Interactive, Inc.
